2008 Tom Moses Award for Outstanding Student Organization Advisor Nomination Form

This $200 cash award is presented each year to honor an outstanding Eller College student organization advisor whose involvement and contributions has helped to lead an organization to great achievements. All Eller College student organizations recognized by the Federation of Eller Student Organizations are invited to nominate their faculty or staff advisor.

The Deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, March 7, 2008.
