2008 Eller Ethics Case Competition

Accommodations

All students should plan on flying in No Later Than 12:00 p.m. noon, on Thursday, October 23rd. Required activities will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday and will run through the late evening on Friday, October 24th. The Desert Museum tour on Saturday, October 25th is optional and capacity is limited. The first 14 participants to RSVP will be granted free admission, a complimentary lunch, and afforded transportation.

Please contact Sarah Arriola with your flight information. Transportation to and from the airport will be the responsibility of each participant however, transportation during the entire program will be provided by the Eller College of Management. Dinner on Thursday and lunch and dinner on Friday will be provided by the Eller College of Management. All judges, attending faculty, and students will be asked to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Tucson University Plaza.

The preferred rate for our group will be $119.00 plus taxes, per room, per night up to double occupancy.

Guestroom Reservations/Billing
Each individual will call for their reservation at 1-800-368-7764. It will be necessary for each individual to identify themselves as being part of the "Eller Ethics Competition" in order to obtain the preferred rate.

Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation 24 hours prior to the day of arrival or occupy the room will result in a charge of one night's room and tax applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit.

Each attendee will be responsible for their room, tax and incidental charges. Payment will be accepted in the form of a major credit card or cash.

Cut-Off Date
The room block will be held until October 2, 2008. On that date any unused portion of the group room block will be released for general sale to the public, unless guaranteed by the group. Reservations received after this date are subject to availability at the Hotel's prevailing rate.

Check-In / Check-Out
The Hotel offers a 3:00 p.m. check-in time and a 12:00 noon check-out time. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as guestrooms become available.
