London Finance Study Tour
International Financial Markets & Institutions - FIN 451
This course focuses on banking, investments, trade, and currency in an international context. (Prerequisite: Finance 311)
- Introductory/orientation meeting Tuesday, January 20, 2004
- Lectures will take place every other week during Spring Semester 2004 beginning Tuesday, January 27, 2004 through May 4, 2004 at Eller College of Business.
- On-site visits to financial institutions in London, England from May 30th to June 11th, 2004.
- Lectures and on-site visits will be coordinated
- Three (3) hours academic credit received during 1st Summer Session 2004
Additional program fee includes:

International Derivatives Market – Barclays Global & LIFFE
International Auctions Market – Christy’s or Sotheby’s
International Accounting Issues – PWC (or other large accounting firm)
International Payment Systems – European corporation (Royal Dutch)
Import/export Systems – Export Credits Guaranty Department
Currency Markets – currency trading floor
